Executives:
Mike Tainter, CEO: Mike's expertise encompasses
IT service management, ITIL, operations management, process design,
IT operations support system development, and IT logistical requirements
for a highly mobile global organization. As a member of the United
States Navy for 18 years, Mike lead the effort to move technology
operating facilities for operational aircraft carriers and squadrons
from multiple locations across the globe. He also managed many
highly technical application rollout projects and process improvement
programs relating to the security of classified material, IT support
infrastructure and communications. Since retiring from the Navy
in 1997, he has worked in the IT industry managing technology
projects. Mike joined Forsythe Solutions Group as part of the
sale of his former company, Telenisus, where he was the Director
of Information Technology and Implementation Management.
Rita Peterson, President, COO: She created BlueCV,
Inc. in February 2002 a technology staffing company serving the
Fortune 500 and Global 5000 marketplace. She has since been instrumental
in creating and launching Caribou Thunder, LLC as of May 2006,
which serves the government and government related agencies in
their IT staffing needs. She has significant experience in establishing
organizations with enterprise level relationships and has more
than 17 years experience in business development. She has served
in executive positions to create and execute policies and procedures
for State Government revenue producing businesses. She has been
sought out for her leadership and relationship building skills
to lay foundations for companies, develop long-term clients, and
generate business locally, nationally, and internationally for
companies in start-up mode. She has acted as the V.P. of Sales
for ION Technologies, developing and leading local, national,
and international sales endeavors.
Daniel Dokman: age 41, Chief Information Officer,
Principal Consultant, co-founded Paragon Data Systems. He has
a degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from
Bowling Green State University where he graduated with honors.
Previous professional experience included KPMG as a senior technical
consultant. Daniel has a background in financial applications
and deep technical experience with mainframe, client server, and
Internet based technologies. Previous experiences have led to
various technical certifications such as Certified Sybase Database
Administrator as well as financial certifications like Certified
Public Accountant. Daniel has functioned as technical architect,
project manager, and developer on many application initiatives
throughout his career at large-scale clients. He later formed
and developed the sales and marketing organization within Centrifusion.
Dan also developed the e-business strategy group, and has executed
several strategy sessions for nationwide clients. He has also
developed and delivered e-business seminars and classroom training
on delivery of e-business solutions to clients nationwide.
